Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original box with all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our facility undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
